of Slot Performance Joshua Butler.

Joshua and our Senior Regional Sales representative LaRon McCranie
shared how important it is to maintain a healthy long- term business relationship in the gaming industry.
They shared stories about their experience working with each other
and how WSPS’s services have helped Joshua  keep his machines in service.

LaRon began servicing Edgewater and Aquarius casino
back in 2019, right around the time Joshua moved into position to order parts.

Over the  years they have created a dance like no other. In this interview they spoke on how trust  is a key part in their relationship.
Josh mentioned that if he doesn’t trust a vendor to
have the parts he needs, he will not use them for their services. He decided to order
from WSPS and LaRon has gone over and beyond to help build that trust.

Later into the interview our Chief Commercial Officer Charles Stinson and National
Account Manager Toby Gelenaw joined the show and shared what the future of what
WSPS looks like in the coming years.

They briefly spoke on future partnerships  involving cashless gaming, Casino data systems, etc.

Charles mentioned that the pivoting of WSPS will be one towards the future of gaming. Toby’s 17 years of  experience on the casino side helped him see the difference of what the old casino  systems are like compared to the new.

Stating during the interview that he has been  “blown away” from what the new systems have to offer now.
