Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator

Operations

/ Reports to: Operations Manager
  • At WSPS Vegas, we keep the gaming world spinning by ensuring every part we ship—from Aristocrat touchscreens to IGT bill validators—is authentic, functional, and ready for immediate use. As an Inventory & Quality Control Specialist, you'll be the guardian of our stockroom, maintaining razor-sharp accuracy and uncompromising standards so casinos get what they need, when they need it, with zero surprises.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    Manage daily inventory counts, cycle counts, and audits to ensure 100% accuracy in our high-volume warehouse of slot machine parts and components. Inspect incoming shipments and refurbished parts for quality, functionality, and compliance with OEM standards (testing monitors, validators, printers, CPUs, and more). Identify, document, and segregate defective or non-conforming items; coordinate returns, repairs, or disposals while minimizing waste. Maintain detailed digital records in our inventory system, including part serial numbers, conditions, locations, and usage history to support fast order fulfillment. Collaborate with the repair team to verify rebuilt parts meet quality benchmarks before they hit the shelf. Assist in forecasting inventory needs based on customer demand trends from major operators (MGM, Caesars, tribal casinos, etc.). Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance stock organization, reduce errors, and streamline quality checks.

  • Qualifications & Skills:

    1–3+ years of experience in inventory management, quality control, or warehouse operations (gaming/electronics industry preferred but not required). Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills—able to spot issues in technical components quickly. Proficiency with inventory software/ERP systems (or quick learner); basic computer skills including Excel. Familiarity with electronics parts handling, testing tools, or ESD safety practices is a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication for cross-department coordination.
Inventory & Quality Control

Logistics

  • In the heart of the gaming capital, WSPS moves fast—because casinos can't afford downtime. As Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator, you'll orchestrate the flow of parts from receiving to shipping, ensuring lightning-fast, accurate deliveries that keep slot machines running nationwide and beyond.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    Receive, unpack, and accurately process incoming shipments of slot parts (monitors, CPUs, ticket printers, bill validators, etc.), verifying quantities, conditions, and documentation. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision to meet same-day or next-day shipping deadlines. Coordinate outbound shipments with carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, freight) including label creation, tracking setup, and handling special requirements for international or expedited deliveries. Maintain warehouse organization—shelving, bin locations, and FIFO practices—to optimize space and retrieval speed. Load/unload trucks safely using pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), or manual methods. Track and resolve shipping discrepancies, claims, or delays while providing proactive updates to the team and customers. Assist with inventory cycle counts and support quality checks during inbound processing. Contribute to process improvements for efficiency, cost savings, and faster turnaround times.

  • Qualifications & Skills:

    1–3+ years in warehouse, logistics, or distribution roles (gaming, electronics, or high-value parts experience a plus). Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) and safe material handling knowledge. Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment. Basic computer proficiency (inventory/shipping software, email, spreadsheets); attention to detail to avoid errors. Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a dynamic warehouse setting.
